‘We want to make sure our partners have the ability to service their customers and communities right now and while they get ready for the phase after the virus,’ says Cisco's Channel Chief Oliver Tuszik.

Cisco Systems knows that the world is anything but business as usual these days. The tech giant has a number of initiatives underway right now to help its community, both local and global, battle the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

That community also includes the all-important channel, Oliver Tuszik, Cisco's channel chief, told CRN.

"We're staying as close as possible and over-communicating with partners, we're supporting customers with their needs right now, and also thinking about the potential impact on the long-run," Tuszik said. "We, with our partners, can help businesses survive during this time … and I think in 6-9 months, we're going to see a new normal."

To that end, Cisco is extending the deadlines for its Cisco Certified Partners to renew their statuses so that their specializations don't run out, Tuszik said. "None of our partners have to focus on their certifications or specializations -- they should be focused on their businesses, so we are giving them this extended grace period," Tuszik said.

Outside of their organizations, there are many individuals that hold their own personal Cisco certifications, such as CCIEs and CCMPs. San Jose, Calif.-based Cisco is also extending the renewals deadlines for these certifications by six months. "There will be no negative effect for this elongation so that individuals and organizations won't have to worry about timing or cost [of the certification]," Tusizk said.

ATSG, a New York City-based MSP and Cisco Gold Certified Partner, holds many Cisco certifications as an organization, including master certifications in collaboration and security, as well as certifications in contact center, enterprise networking, managed services, and cloud.

"The idea of postponing these deadlines certainly is a good move. There's hundreds, if not thousands of partners paying attention to the customer first, and if you have to take someone out of a critical customer engagement to take a test, it's just not the best use of time right now," said John McCarthy, president of rediTech solutions at ATSG. "I applaud this move."

Cisco has been readily available to lend a helping hand to partners who have been inundated with customer requests as many businesses have had to empower most or all of their staffs to work from home, McCarthy said.

ATSG had a banking customer last week that realized it would need to build a cloud-based contact center to help the bank's IT group handle employees that need help working remotely during the coronavirus pandemic. Along with Cisco, ATSG was able to spin up a cloud contact center offering in about 48 hours, McCarthy said.

"Mid-week, the bank expressed interest in building this and we've had all hands responding to various support requests for making network improvements and expanding all manner of collaboration subscriptions. Even with a full staff, that would be crazy," he said. "Cisco jumped up and said; 'Hey, we have some resources available,' and together, we were able to get that up and running in a matter of days."

Cisco Capital, the firm's business unit that offers payment options for partners in more than 150 countries, also has a number of initiatives going to help partners Boost their cash flow or access to working capital, Tuszik said.

"We want to make sure our partners have the ability to service their customers and communities right now and while they get ready for the phase after the virus," he said. "We need to make sure they are capable and have all the support they need to perform right now, but also transform to the new normal."

The new normal, according to Rob Bellmar, co-president of Cisco Gold partner Intrado Enterprise Collaboration, is helping companies adjust their networks and empower their workforces to work from home with more Webex licenses.

Intrado, an Omaha, Nebraska-based solution provider and Cisco Gold partner, is enjoying Cisco's free 90-day license offer to businesses who are not Webex customers in this time of need, Bellmar said.

"We cover a large percentage of America's messaging for K-12 schools, so we've been trying to get the word out on some of the free Cisco solutions," he said. "That's been very helpful for us in helping our customers."

During the first 11 business days of March, Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins said that the firm logged 5.5 billion meeting minutes on Webex.

The number one question that's coming from partners today is around supply chain, Tuszik said. While the firm's distributed supply chain is seeing some impact due to the pandemic, Cisco over the last two years has been diversifying where it produces and sources product to alleviate any supply chain issues and shortages.

Cisco on Sunday announced that it is dedicating $225 million in cash and product donations to support both global and local responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Best IT Certifications for 2024

Earning specialized certifications is a surefire way to advance your career in the IT field, regardless of industry or current career level. The right certification validates your skills and knowledge, which makes you more desirable to future employers who want to attract and retain the best employees. Below, we’ll explore the top IT certifications and share how to examine your goals to choose the right path forward.

We’ve narrowed IT certifications into specific categories to help IT professionals assess what’s available and pursue the best certifications to show their willingness to learn and develop the in-demand career skills employers want.

Best database certifications

Database platforms have changed greatly over the years, but database technology remains important for various applications and computing tasks. Available certifications for IT professionals include those for database administrators (DBAs), database developers, data analysts and architects, business intelligence, and data warehousing specialists, and other data professionals.

Obtaining database certifications demonstrates an understanding of database concepts, design, implementation, administration and security. This can boost your credibility in the job market and show potential employers that you have the skills needed to work with databases. The best database certifications include the following:

Best SAS certifications

SAS is one of the world’s leading firms for business analytics, data warehousing and data mining. Today, the SAS Global Certification Program offers 23 credentials across categories including foundation tools, advanced analytics, business intelligence, data management and administration.

SAS programmers remain in high demand, with a quick search of job boards showing thousands of open positions. Obtaining SAS certification shows employers that you are proficient in the company’s popular suite of tools. Some of SAS’s certification programs include the following:

Many professionals earn certifications to help navigate their career paths. According to the IT Salary Report, 92 percent of information technology professionals have at least one certification.

Best Cisco certifications

Cisco Systems is a market leader not only in networking and communications products, but also storage networking and solutions for data centers. Cisco offers a variety of certifications for IT professionals, ranging from entry level credentials to expert-level exams.

These certifications prepare professionals for Cisco-related careers. A search of job boards reveals thousands of open positions for Cisco experts, underscoring the continued relevance of these skills. Some of Cisco’s certifications include the following:

Best Dell certifications

Dell Technologies remains one of the world’s leading computing companies. In addition to its well-known hardware lineup, Dell also offers solutions for networks, storage, servers, gateways and embedded computing, as well as a broad range of IT and business services.

Becoming certified in Dell products can help make IT professionals competitive in engineering roles for server, virtualization, networking, systems, integration and data security. Additional roles include consultants, account executives, system administrators, IT managers and deployment managers.

Best mobility certifications

In the mobile era, it has become increasingly important for network engineers to support local, remote and mobile users, as well as provide proper infrastructure. The focus on application and app development now leans more toward mobile environments, requiring security professionals to thoroughly address mobility from all perspectives.

Due to the fast-changing nature of mobile technology, not many mobility certifications have become widely adopted. However, a few of the top mobility certifications can help IT professionals stand out in this rapidly evolving field.

If part of your job includes selling and implementing an IT solution, you may want to pursue the best sales certifications. You’ll show your organization that you’re willing to go above and beyond to reach sales targets.

Best computer hardware certifications

As remote and computer-based work has become more common, it’s more important than ever that businesses and individuals be able to maintain their hardware. While discussions about potential computer-related jobs often revolve around software work and coding, jumping into the IT field by becoming a computer technician is an excellent starting point.

Today, thousands of hardware technician jobs are available across the country. Entering this industry becomes more accessible for those who acquire computer hardware certifications. These certifications can showcase your expertise and proficiency in the upkeep of computers, mobile devices, printers and other hardware components.

Best Google Cloud certifications

IT pros with solid cloud computing skills continue to be in high demand as more companies adopt cloud technologies. Today, Google Cloud is one of the market leaders in the cloud computing space.

Regardless of where you are in your IT career, engaging with certification programs can demonstrate your willingness to keep on top of rapidly evolving cloud technologies. To that end, Google has introduced a host of certifications for its cloud platform, including the following:

Best evergreen IT certifications

In the fast-changing world of technology, it can help to focus on certifications that have stood the test of time. “Evergreen” refers to certifications that remain popular year after year.

The top evergreen certifications are based on latest pay surveys in IT, reports from IT professionals about certifications they want or pursue the most, and those that appear most frequently in online job postings. Obtaining these credentials is one step toward ensuring that your skills remain relevant for a long time:

Best IT governance certifications

IT governance provides structure for aligning a company’s IT with its business strategies. Organizations faced with compliance rigors always need experienced IT pros who can see the big picture and understand technology risks. This means certified IT governance professionals are likely to remain in high demand.

Earning one of the following certifications proves a commitment to understanding the role of IT governance and its position in a company’s current and future success. Getting certified can validate your expert knowledge and lead to advanced career opportunities.

Best system administrator certifications

An IT system administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the information technology infrastructure within an organization. The position demands sought-after career skills, ranging from configuring and maintaining servers and clients to managing access controls, network services, and addressing application resource requirements.

If you’re in charge of managing modern servers, there’s a long list of tools and technologies that system administrators must master. Obtaining some of the most prominent system administrator certifications can demonstrate your mastery to potential employers.

Best ITIL certifications

ITIL, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library, was developed to establish standardized best practices for IT services within government agencies. Over the ensuing four decades, businesses of all types embraced, modified, and extended ITIL, shaping it into a comprehensive framework for managing IT service delivery.

The ITIL framework remains the benchmark for best practices in IT service and delivery management, offering certification programs that cater to IT professionals at all levels. These training and certification courses ensure that IT professionals stay well-prepared for the ongoing evolution in IT service delivery management. There are four certifications in the ITIL certification program:

Best enterprise architect certifications

An IT enterprise architect is responsible for designing and managing the overall structure and framework of an organization’s information technology system. Enterprise architect certifications are among the highest that an IT professional can achieve; fewer than 1 percent ultimately reach this level.

Enterprise architects are among the highest-paid employees and consultants in the tech industry. These certifications can put IT professionals on a path to many lucrative positions. The average worker earns over six figures annually. Some top enterprise architect certifications are listed below:

To become an enterprise IT architect, you’ll need knowledge of systems deployment, design and architecture, as well as a strong business foundation.

Best CompTIA certifications

CompTIA is a nonprofit trade association made up of more than 2,000 member organizations and 3,000 business partners. The organization’s vendor-neutral certification program is one of the best recognized in the IT industry. Since CompTIA developed its A+ credential in 1993, it has issued more than two million certifications.

CompTIA certifications are grouped by skill set and focus on the real-world skills IT professionals need. Armed with these credentials, you can demonstrate that you know how to manage and support IT infrastructure.

Best Oracle certifications

A longtime leader in database software, Oracle also offers cloud solutions, servers, engineered systems, storage, and more. The company has more than 430,000 customers in 175 countries.

Today, Oracle’s training program offers six certification levels that span 16 product categories with more than 200 individual credentials. Considering the depth and breadth of this program — and the number of Oracle customers — it’s no surprise that Oracle certifications are highly sought after.

Vendor-specific certifications address a particular vendor’s hardware and software. For example, you can pursue Oracle certifications and Dell certifications to become an expert in those companies’ environments.

Best business continuity and disaster recovery certifications

Business continuity and disaster recovery keep systems running and data available in the event of interruptions or faults. These programs bring systems back to normal operation after a disaster has occurred.

Business continuity and disaster recovery certifications are seeing a healthy uptrend as new cloud-based tools grow in popularity. While business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning have always been essential, they’re becoming more critical than ever — and IT certifications are following suit.

Cisco Unveils ‘New Era’ Of Specializations Focused On Solution Delivery

‘We’re now looking for knowledge [and] we’re looking for experience … we’re focused on the partners’ ability to actually deliver the solution. That’s what customers are looking for. And because they’re multi-architectural in nature, you can leverage a lot of the expertise that you already have invested in and have in-house,’ Cisco’s Marc Surplus tells CRN about the tech giant’s new Solution specializations.

ARTICLE TITLE HERE

Cisco Systems is introducing a new pack of lighter-weight specializations that better match customers’ changing buying behaviors with partners’ ability to deliver comprehensive solutions at less of a cost for partners battling a backlog of business, according to the tech giant.

“These are truly a new era of specializations for us. They are multiarchitectural in nature, so there’s a higher level of expertise the partners [must] have to deliver these solutions. They are very much aligned with Cisco’s innovation priorities, which align to customer priorities,” Marc Surplus, vice president of strategy planning and programs for Cisco’s Global Partner Organization, told CRN at Cisco Partner Summit 2022.

The new Solution specializations, which San Jose, Calif.-based Cisco began rolling out in September, will showcase partners that excel at delivering value with Cisco solutions, including the cross-architectural solutions that are in high demand, Surplus said.

[Related: 5 Tips For MSPs Zeroing In On SMBs]

The three new Solution specializations unveiled at Partner Summit 2022 include Hybrid Cloud Computing, a specialization that showcases partners providing secure hybrid cloud computing experiences at home, in the office or anywhere. Hybrid Cloud Networking, meanwhile, recognizes partners connecting, securing and managing customers’ data, workloads and applications across data centers, edge and multiple clouds. The Hybrid Cloud Software specialization highlights expertise in unifying IT operations with secure, hybrid cloud management software.

Three specializations revealed in September were Full-Stack Observability (FSO) to highlight expertise in centralizing and correlating application performance analytics across the full IT stack, which includes technologies such as AppDynamics, ThousandEyes and Intersight. The Hybrid Work from Office specialization recognizes skills and experience helping customers evolve traditional on-site and off-site work models. Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) highlights partners helping customers to secure and power remote users, devices and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.

The Solution specializations join the three other categories of Cisco partner specializations, including the Architecture specializations, Cisco Powered Service specializations and Business specializations.

Partners can use the new Solution specializations toward their progress to Gold, a level that formerly required partners to have three Architecture specializations plus the Cisco Customer Experience specialization to achieve Gold, Surplus said.

The cross-architectural approach is what makes the Solution specializations “lighter weight,” Surplus said, because they allow partners to leverage the multiyear investments they’ve already made in architectures.

“For partners that have made those investments, this allows them to get further differentiation [and] showcase their ability to deliver the solutions customers are looking for, with the full weight of Cisco branding behind it,” he said.

Cisco specializations have historically included heavy training and testing.

“We’re now looking for knowledge [and] we’re looking for experience. So, there is a training component, but it’s not as extensive as with the Architecture [specializations]. More importantly, we’re focused on the partners’ ability to actually deliver the solution. That’s what customers are looking for. And because they’re multiarchitectural in nature, you can leverage a lot of the expertise that you already have invested in and have in-house,” he said.

The new specializations will deliver partners the recognition they need to land new business without taking people out of the game to study and test, Surplus added.

“Partners have a big backlog of business. A lot of projects they’ve got to deliver because of supply chain shortages [and] coming out of COVID and they don’t want their people in nonbillable situations,” he said. “That’s what we’re trying to do here.”

Cisco is integrating its partners much earlier in the sales process for things like hybrid work and SASE because no vendor can deliver customer experience and complexity reduction on their own, said Cisco Channel Chief Oliver Tuszik.

“We see that the ecosystem we have already needs to be engaged earlier … and when partners create offers based on our technology and add capabilities and services—even add products—they make more money and are winning bigger deals,” Tuszik said.

Cisco already has 300 newly specialized partners, Surplus said.

Cisco in 2020 made sweeping changes to its partner program to drop the number of disparate programs and center the revamped Cisco Partner Program around four roles that partners are playing for customers: Integrator, Provider, Developer and Advisor.

A Focus On Life Cycle

Another “needle-mover” that Cisco’s partner team unveiled this year at Partner Summit is an update to its Life-Cycle Incentives (LCI) program. The program, which rewards partners for activities leading to better software and subscription adoption, has existed for six years, but the experience was “good, not great,” Surplus said.

To remedy that, Cisco is launching LCI 2.0. It will involve the standardization of all of the company’s software on one consistent life-cycle process for partners, he said.

“In the past, incentives were more back-end-loaded towards delivering the business outcome, [so] we will be shifting the incentives [to make them] more balanced across the full life cycle, so more incentives upstream, because we know when you drive that usage and engagement with the software that leads to greater consumption, that correlates to larger renewals, which is what everybody wants,” Surplus said.

The upgrade will involve an entirely new platform, Surplus added. The platform will deliver partners visibility into each transaction and deal, including where they are with each deal on the customer life cycle, what incentives they have available to earn, potential use cases, and how Cisco is paying them against the earnings. “They’ll be able to track everything—we’ve not had that visibility in the past. That’s going to be a game-changer for our partners as we think about life-cycle incentives,” he said.

Cisco partners already have access to some of the features, like enhanced visibility and reporting. The tech giant plans to launch the platform in the second half of Cisco’s 2023 fiscal year.

Zetech gets Cisco academy certification

By Standard Reporter

Training of information and communication technology has received a boost after a college was certified to become a Cisco academy.

This increases the number of local institutions that have been certified to be academies under the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (Afralti) to offer Cisco courses. According to the arrangement, Zetech College will start by offering training for Information Technology Essentials (ITE) and thereafter roll out courses such as CCNA and CCNP.

Mr Albanus Mulandi of Zetech said ITE provides hands-on experience for anyone wishing to venture into information and communication technology.

“The course offers skills in computer hardware and software needed to help meet growing demand for entry-level information and communication technology professionals. The curriculum covers advanced concepts such as security, networking and responsibilities of an information technology professional,” he explained.

Mulandi also pointed out that networking is a very promising field but students are locked out due to high cost of Cisco equipment.

Principal Edwin Wamukoya said the milestone is timely as the institution responds to post-secondary demand.

“Zetech receives massive inquiries regarding various programmes and certifications. We always try to respond by bridging the gap. Offering Cisco training is an indication of quality training as we transition into a university,” he said.

The college has further been approved by National Industrial Training Authority (Nita).

According to college registrar (academic affairs) Alphas Adoga, the certification allows students pursuing various programmes to seek industrial attachment in State corporations.

“In the past, we have had potential students, usually civil servants, interested in various programmes we offer but since we were not Nita accredited, they could not pursue the courses here,” Prof Wamukoya said.

Build And Secure Networks With This CompTIA and Cisco Certification Bundle

As technology advances, the jobs we do will change in ways we're just beginning to understand. Yet one job won't be going anywhere; we'll need legions of network engineers to design, build, upgrade, troubleshoot, and protect the clouds and connections we increasingly rely on. The Premium CompTIA & Cisco Networking Certification Prep Bundle helps both newbies and IT professionals upskill to build the networks of tomorrow.

Taught by Shaun Hummel, who has over a decade of field experience in building corporate networks, and Ozgun Arslan, a network security expert, each course explores what you need to pass the rigorous certification exams offered by Cisco and CompTIA.

For new engineers, there are three courses on Cisco's Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 200-301 certification on networking basics. The first will take you through networking from first principles to ground you in how they're built and function, with the second course focusing on larger networks and the third a full range prep course for the example. All three use real case studies and practice examples so you can "get your hands dirty" with the code and construction of networks. There's also an entire course of troubleshooting labs, to help familiarize yourself with common networking problems and how to quickly solve them.

Next, the bundle focuses on the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification, using the same techniques to discuss routing digital traffic at the industrial level, securing those networks and the clouds they're often used to stand up. There are courses on the CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CSA+, and CompTIA Cloud + certifications. Even if you're going to stick with networking, detailed knowledge of these courses can help you maintain networks as more demands are placed on them and new vulnerabilities are found.

Right now, The Premium CompTIA & Cisco Networking Certification Prep Bundle is on sale for just $29.99, so you can grab all 8 courses for just $3.75 each.

Cisco Expands Learning Portfolio with New Business Architecture Training and Certifications

Cisco announced it is expanding its learning portfolio with new business architecture training and certifications designed to accelerate the pace of business transformation, innovation and growth. Providing professionals with the latest skills, tools and best practices enables them to build and strengthen the bridge between technology solutions and business needs. These new offerings mark the second latest addition to Cisco’s business transformation-focused learning portfolio.

“The relationship between customer and vendor is being significantly disrupted by digital transformation, with the long-term result being a closer relationship, spanning more than the deal,” said Shadi Salama, Channel Leader – East Region, Cisco Middle East. “As the industry transforms and companies try to evolve their businesses, new talent gaps are forming. Our new Business Architecture training and certification offerings target the business skills that go hand in hand in conjunction with the technology skills to address the growing talent needs brought forth by business transformation.”

According to a latest analyst report, only about 15 percent of organizations feel they have the right talent in place for digital transformation. Cisco is addressing this skill gap by expanding its training, certification and enablement programs. Three new specialist certifications and related training courses have been designed to progressively build and validate expertise in business architecture:

  • Cisco Business Architecture Analyst Certification
    • Equips professionals with a general awareness of business architecture principles and provides a methodology for uncovering a company’s business goals. These desired outcomes could then be bridged to the technology solutions required to achieve them, thus building credibility and rapport with customers or key internal stakeholders.
  • Cisco Business Architecture Specialist Certification
    • Builds on the foundational skills and knowledge assessed at the Analyst level with a focus on change management and the creation of a customized transformation roadmap.
  • Cisco Business Architecture Practitioner Certification
    • Expands upon the Specialist level by validating a candidate’s mastery in leveraging tools, methodologies and best practices to bridge IT solutions with the organization’s business goals. Participants will be assessed for their ability to create and map the customer engagement journey to deliver tangible business outcomes and value.

Training courses supporting each of these certifications, respectively, include:

  • Adopting the Cisco Business Architecture Approach
  • Applying Cisco Business Architecture Techniques
  • Mastering the Cisco Business Architecture Discipline

These new offerings broaden Cisco’s Business Transformation portfolio initiatives, launched in April 2017, with the introduction of the Customer Success Manager certification. Cisco continues to develop a pipeline of additional training and certifications that will further advance skills in this area.

Tejas Vashi, senior director, product strategy and marketing, Cisco Services: “As Cisco helps customers transform their businesses, we’re leveraging our expertise and leadership to address both technology and talent concerns across the industry. Understanding business architecture is key as business transformation continues, because successful organizations will increasingly rely on professionals who can foster flexibility and cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimal business outcomes.”

Navigating the World of IT Certifications: The Role of practice exams and the Pitfalls of real qeustions with Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA

compatia

In today's fast-paced and highly competitive IT industry, certifications have become essential for IT professionals to demonstrate their expertise and stay competitive in the job market. Among the leading certification providers, Microsoft, Examsnap, and CompTIA offer a wide range of certifications covering various IT domains. As professionals strive to earn these coveted certifications, they often turn to practice exams to aid in their preparation. However, the allure of exam dumps, a shortcut fraught with ethical and professional risks, presents a constant temptation. This article explores the importance of practice exams in achieving Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA certifications and sheds light on the dangers associated with exam dumps.

  1. The Significance of IT Certifications

IT certifications are widely recognized as valuable credentials that validate an individual's skills and knowledge in specific IT domains. Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA are prominent players in the certification landscape, offering a diverse array of certifications:

  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, validate expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
  • Cisco certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), are revered for their emphasis on networking and infrastructure proficiency.
  • CompTIA certifications, like CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+, provide a solid foundation in IT fundamentals, making them suitable for those starting their IT careers.

These certifications not only open doors to better job opportunities but also equip professionals with the skills required to thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

  1. The Role of practice exams in Certification Preparation

Earning an IT certification is a rigorous undertaking that necessitates thorough preparation. practice exams play a crucial role in helping candidates achieve success in their certification exams, offering numerous benefits:

  1. Realistic exam Simulation: practice exams closely mimic the format, structure, and difficulty level of the actual certification exams. This familiarity helps candidates become comfortable with the exam environment, reducing test-day anxiety.
  2. Self-Assessment: practice exams enable candidates to assess their current knowledge and identify areas that require improvement. This self-assessment guides their study plans, ensuring targeted and effective preparation.
  3. Confidence Building: Consistent strong performance on practice exams boosts candidates' confidence, which can significantly enhance their overall performance on the actual exam and reduce test-taking stress.
  4. Time Management Skills: Many IT certification exams impose strict time constraints. practice exams help candidates develop efficient time management strategies, ensuring they can complete the exam within the allotted timeframe.
  5. Knowledge Reinforcement: practice exams serve as a valuable tool for reinforcing the material learned during preparation, helping to solidify key concepts and topics.

Both Microsoft and Cisco offer official practice exams through their respective learning platforms. These practice exams are carefully designed to closely align with the content and structure of the actual certification exams, providing candidates with reliable and high-quality preparation materials.

  1. Exam Dumps: The Temptation and Risks

While practice exams are widely accepted as legitimate aids for certification preparation, the use of real qeustions represents a controversial and ethically problematic shortcut within the IT certification community. real qeustions typically contain real exam questions and answers, often obtained through dubious means, and are subsequently shared or sold online.

  1. Ethical Concerns: The use of real qeustions is widely regarded as unethical and a violation of certification policies. It undermines the integrity of certification programs and diminishes the value of certifications earned through legitimate means.
  2. Short-Term Gains, Long-Term Consequences: real qeustions may offer a shortcut to passing a certification exam, but they do not impart a deep understanding of the subject matter. This lack of genuine knowledge can prove detrimental in the long run when professionals encounter real-world scenarios that require practical expertise.
  3. Risk of Disqualification: Certification providers take the use of real qeustions seriously. If they discover that a candidate used real qeustions to pass their exams, they may revoke the candidate's certification and impose bans on future certification attempts, potentially damaging the candidate's career.
  4. Limited Learning: Relying on real qeustions deprives individuals of the opportunity to genuinely learn and comprehend the material, which can hinder their career growth and overall competence in their field.
  1. Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA Practice Tests

Let's delve into how practice exams are offered by these renowned certification providers:

  1. Microsoft Practice Tests

Microsoft offers a comprehensive suite of practice exams that closely align with their certification exams. These practice exams are accessible through the official Microsoft Learning platform and provide candidates with several advantages:

  1. CompTIA Practice Tests

CompTIA offers official practice exams that closely align with their certification exams. These practice exams can be accessed through the CompTIA website and offer candidates the following advantages:

  • Realistic Simulation: CompTIA's practice exams closely replicate the format and structure of the actual certification exams, providing candidates with a realistic exam experience.
  • Self-Assessment: Candidates can use practice exams to evaluate their current knowledge and identify areas that require further study, allowing for targeted preparation.
  • Confidence Building: Success on practice exams bolsters candidates' confidence, reducing anxiety and enhancing performance on the real exam.
  • Time Management Skills: CompTIA's practice exams help candidates develop effective time management strategies to ensure they complete the exam within the stipulated time.
  • Knowledge Reinforcement: Practice exams reinforce key concepts and topics, ensuring candidates have a strong grasp of the material.
  1. The Ethical Pursuit of IT Certifications

The pursuit of IT certifications should always be rooted in a commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and professional growth. While practice exams are indispensable tools for success, the use of real qeustions should be unequivocally avoided. By following a path of dedication, hard work, and ethical practice, IT professionals can achieve their certification goals and thrive in the dynamic and ever-evolving IT industry.

Conclusion

IT certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA are highly respected credentials that validate the expertise and skills of IT professionals. Achieving these certifications is no small feat and demands diligent preparation, with practice exams serving as invaluable allies.

Practice tests offer a realistic simulation of the certification exam experience, providing candidates with self-assessment tools, confidence building, time management skills, and knowledge reinforcement. Both Microsoft and Cisco offer official practice exams, while CompTIA provides practice exams closely aligned with their certification content.

In stark contrast, real qeustions represent a tempting but ethically perilous shortcut to certification. The ethical pursuit of IT certifications not only upholds the integrity of the certification programs but also equips professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their careers.

In conclusion, IT professionals should approach certification preparation with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to continuous learning. By leveraging practice exams and avoiding the allure of exam dumps, they can confidently embark on their journey toward IT certification success and thrive in the ever-evolving world of technology.
