Taskmaster co-presenter Alex Horne has spoken about one major change brought to the show as it moves from Dave to Channel 4.
As we all know, the coronavirus pandemic continues to make unprecedented alterations to our daily lives, which means the entertainment industry has been forced to implement extreme safety measures as it looks to resume some sort of normality.
Sitting down on comedian Stu Goldsmith's The Infinite Sofa, Alex revealed that there won't be a studio audience on the next series of Taskmaster.

"We promised that we wouldn't change the show at all when we moved to Channel 4, except now we are because we're not allowed an audience, so it's completely different," he reflected.
Concerning the big names involved with the new series, Alex said: "I can't say the names of the contestants, I'm really sorry, but they're all good.
"Everyone's saying, 'It's Channel 4, so is it Jimmy Carr... etc?' I don't think they're your typical Channel 4 names – I think everyone will be pleased."
Previously, Digital Spy suspected that Mo Gilligan, Simon Bird, Richard Ayoade and David Mitchell could all be potential candidates, although that would now go against Alex's comments.
It looks like we'll just have to wait a little longer to find out...
New episodes of Taskmaster will be broadcast on Channel 4 and repeated on E4 in autumn 2020. Catch up on all previous episodes of Taskmaster on UKTV Play.

The energy has slowly begun to quiet down ever since the sun slipped into Cancer's cardinal waters, but don't let the mystery of this mystical element fool you. Despite what appears to be silence in the cosmos, your June 26 weekly horoscope is bringing focus to the ocean of emotions whirling deep within us all.
In addition to the sun in sensitive Cancer, both Mercury and Venus continue to flutter through curious Gemini, a sign symbolic of the mind, communication, and one's immediate environment. Mercury is at home when transiting through this mutable air sign, and it's no longer in its postretrograde shadow period, so things are finally revving back up to speed. Got a lot on your mind? Mercury in Gemini is a swift communicator with a knack for multitasking, but don't let the fast pace get to your head. After all, we're likely to take on more information than we can genuinely process and agree to commitments we can't necessarily keep up with. Venus in Gemini only adds to the beautiful chaos, especially since Venus has everything to do with finances, pleasure, romance, and party planning. The goddess of love is a social butterfly when glimmering through this Mercury-ruled sign, and the same versatility and vivaciousness are reflected onto our hobbies, interests, love life, and spending habits. There's a lot of mental energy at play during this time.
The week kicks off on a pleasant note, as the moon will conjunct harmony-seeking Venus in Gemini on June 26, making our thoughts, conversations, and exchanges a little sweeter. The following day, however, go-getter Mars will link up with Saturn retrograde, adding a more serious - but still positive - undercurrent to the day. Mars in Aries wants to take action with confidence, passion, and enthusiasm; Saturn retrograde is presenting you with an opportunity to bring more structure to your visions of the future. Together, this creates a steadfast synergy where we are as dedicated as we are supercharged with inspiration. With a new moon on the way, this is an excellent time to plan for the future and initiate important conversations in your professional life. You have Mars's fiery motivation and Saturn's discipline to push you through - need I say more? You'll also want to mark June 28 on your calendar, given that Neptune will station retrograde just hours before the new moon in Cancer. You'd think it would be enough with Cancer's feelings on feelings, but Neptune retrograde in Pisces is taking it a step further. This is a new beginning - but the end of an emotional pattern that's been keeping you stagnant.

Pointless' Richard Osman has shared a lovely tribute to his co-host Alexander Armstrong ahead of leaving the quiz show.
Earlier this year, the presenter announced he would exit the BBC One programme after more than a decade.
On 21 July, Osman took to Twitter to share a clip of him and Armstrong during the final show taping together. The episode only aired yesterday (July 20), but it was filmed a few months back. At the time, the two hosts were the only ones aware of Osman's plan to leave.
"I will still be on screen for a while in repeats, but yesterday was my final ever episode of daytime Pointless after 12 years," Osman shared in the caption.
"Only Xander and I knew that at [the] time of recording, so I wanted to give him a heartfelt message. New episodes with new hosts will be with [you] in September!"
In the short video, Osman says he is often asked about Pointless and working with Armstrong in interviews, but has come to realise he rarely shares his feelings with his co-host directly.
"I just want to say how lucky I am to work with you," Osman told Armstrong. "I always think at the end of the interview, I must tell Xander in person, which I never do."
"That's the nicest thing in the world!" Armstrong replied, telling Osman he feels the same way about him.
When announcing he would depart the show, Osman explained he decided to focus on his writing, but he would still host the celebrity shows and House of Games.
After the summer break, a set of guest hosts will step in for Osman: former Coronation Street star Sally Lindsay, Taskmaster's Ed Gamble and The Last Leg's Alex Brooker, as well as BBC Radio 6 Music presenter Lauren Laverne, The Split's Stephen Mangan and Xtra Factor presenter Konnie Huq.
Pointless airs on BBC One.
